What you’ll discover in this book, is my highly personal, warts ‘n’ all account of my recent life and relationship, with a man I consider to be a narcissist (narc) and the devastating impact loving him had — and still has to a degree — on my core self and life. My private journal (however subjective) is completely open to you, I’ll explain it all as I go and I will write it as though I were talking to you directly — in the vernacular and using my own ‘slanguage’. The book serves as a warning that Dark Psychology, such as manipulation and coercion — commonly used by narcs — can, and will, effortlessly destroy you. Linking existing terms related to narcissism, to actual real life, conversations and interactions, I wanna share with you, how one man broke my heart and spirit, destroyed me, murdered my soul, and almost got away with it.
